| The Earning Serendipity Social Responsibility Initiative: Beyond the Book – “Serendipity 7” |
Our commitment is to being a deeply responsible company by contributing positively to the advancements of our communities, small business owners, corporations, entrepreneurs, women & children, minority groups, non-profit organizations and the world at large. One of the “four stages” in the Earning Serendipity Methodology is to have a generous purpose. We call it “Sharing the Harvest” and it represents the responsibility of “giving back” the good fortune that you have earned - to those around you. Giving back your good fortune comes in many different forms, albeit time, resources, money, etc. It should never cost to give back to society. |
| Why the name “Serendipity 7”? |
We target the following (7) core clusters - (1) communities, 2) small business owners, 3) corporations, 4) entrepreneurs, 5) women & children, 6) minority groups and 7) non-profit organizations and ask that they engage in acts of generous purpose. The more we can create environments that earn good fortune, the most steadfast the world around us can reach its potential and its people can serve society with greater passion, purpose and authenticity without any fear of consequence. Additionally, we ask individuals to nominate (7) organizations and / or individuals who make the greatest impact on enterprise and the world around them. We call them Serendipiters. Serendipiter's are authentic, socially-conscious innovators in society that serve to inspire & propel innovation and good fortune for their communities and its citizens. |
